Rules of Etiquette

  1. Proper apparel must be worn / no outdoor footwear.
  2. 30 minutes maximum on cardio machines
  3. Sign up sheets are provided and must be used for all aerobic machines
  4. Use a spotter when necessary
  5. Return equipment to its proper place
  6. Wipe off benches and machines after use
  7. Ask supervisor on duty any questions or concerns about exercises and equipment
  8. Treat fitness centre and members with respect
